1. Your contract with us

After having chosen an accommodation and booking period, you submit the booking request form from our site.

You will receive a reply from us informing you if your request can be met or not, detailing the cost and methods available to pay the required deposit for confirmation of the booking.

2. Payment method

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking request. The balance must be paid on arrival directly with the accommodation provider.

3. Children and extra beds.

Children below 5 years old will not be charged if they are not using an extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old will not be charged and will be provided a baby bed.
Older children over 5 years and adults will each be charged an extra €10-15€ per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of baby beds per room is 1.

Extra beds and baby beds will be provided upon request and must be confirmed but the management.

4. Charges for additional services

For the departure day the following apply:

You may use your accommodation until 11 noon.
Use of the accommodation until 18:00 is charged 50% of the daily rate.
Use of the accommodation past 18:00 is charged as an additional day.
An additional bed can be placed in the room or apartment upon request with extra surcharge.

The following items are not considered additional and incur no surcharges:

Supply of hot/cold water
Toilet paper
Heating – air-conditioning

In addition, there are no surcharges for local taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT).

5. Cancellation of booking

A cancellation can be made by the same person who made the booking with the following conditions:

a) If you cancel 30 days before your expected arrival, you are entitled to a full refund

b) If you cancel 29 days before expected arrival, then you should pay 50% of the total amount for the agreed period

c) In case of cancellation during your stay, you should pay 50% for the remaining of the agreed period.

d) In a ‘no show’ case you will be charge 100% of the total amount due.

6. Change of booking details

Changes to booking details can be requested only by the person who made the initial booking and can only be accepted for:

a) Change to the arrival or departure date.
b) Change to the number of persons in the group.
c) Change to the type of accommodation.

Changes may incur an administration charge of up to 20 euros.
The accommodation provider will do his best to satisfy your request, if this is feasible.

7. Customers Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for any material damages caused by themselves or their visitors.

Customers’ behavior should be acceptable and not insulting towards the staff or other customers. In case of bad behavior the accommodation provider is entitled to expel the customer charging him any cancellation fees applicable.

8. Complaint procedure

If you wish to complain for whatever reason regarding your accommodation, please contact the accommodation manager.
